We are a business to business wholesale only supplier, use of our site is subject to our Website Terms and Conditions.

Placing an Order

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our products to find the product/s you want to purchase, then select the quantity required and click "Add to basket", then when you've filled your cart click "Proceed to check out" and you will be taken through a process where we ask a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

If you complete your transaction and pay by credit card through the secure payment method your payment will be authorised on-line. This method uses Address Verification so your card MUST be registered at the address on your order.

You also have the option of paying by direct BACS transfer, if you choose that option our bank details are:

When choosing to pay by bank transfer, please note that it is your responsibility to cover any bank charges or additional commissions that may be deducted by your bank for this service.

We cannot guarantee that goods will always be available. Stock indications are provided on our site; however, such indications may not be accurate if we have received a high volume of orders for a particular product that day.

All prices on our site exclude VAT. Delivery options and related charges will be presented to you as part of the order process in your shopping cart and prior to the checkout process.

Payment for your order and related delivery charges must always be made in advance and you will be prompted to pay during the order process.

Order Confirmation

 Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive an e-mail Order Confirmation. Order confirmations shall contain the following information: your order number; confirmation of the goods ordered; itemised pricing for the goods ordered.

Delivery

All Goods purchased through Our Site will normally be dispatched within 14 working days after the date of our order confirmation unless otherwise agreed or specified during the order process.

The standard delivery prices listed on the website include a 2 day delivery service by DPD or Parcel2Go within the UK mainland. For deliveries outside the UK mainland the customer will need to contact us for an estimated dispatch date and price of delivery. Shipping is free for mainland UK orders over £200.00 net cost before VAT.

If no one is available at your delivery address to receive the Goods, the carrier will leave a delivery note explaining how to rearrange delivery or where to collect the goods.

Delivery shall be deemed complete and the responsibility for the goods will pass to you once we have delivered the goods to the address you have provided. All shipments should be signed for. Any loss or damage to a shipment  MUST be reported to us within 7 days. We regret that we can accept no liability for delays caused by factors outside of our control. These would include delays by the shipping company or post office and would include delays caused by technical difficulties on our website which may result in a delay in us receiving your order in the first place.

Order Credits

 Occasionally something you have ordered maybe unavailable. If this occurs and we have any available replacement products we will do all we can to contact you and offer an alternative product. If we have no alternative products or we are unable to contact you, then our standard process is to issue a credit. Any refunds due will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the goods.

Product Variance 

 Whilst we will always maintain the fragrance and ingredients of our products, it is possible for the colour or design of a product to vary (albeit very slightly) however this is the nature of everything being handmade and using natural ingredients.

Quoted Prices & VAT

 All our prices as stated on our website are in pounds sterling (£), GBP (Great British Pounds) and you will be charged in pounds sterling even if you don’t live in the UK.  We are VAT Registered Number 754 8730 02 and VAT at the prevailing UK rate, currently 20% since 4th January 2011 will be added to your order at the checkout.

European VAT

 If you are a registered for VAT relief in the EU then VAT will have been inappropriately added to you order at the checkout, we would ask that you place your order utilising our ‘manual payment processing’ option. Once we receive this order we will contact you to accept your European VAT number and then deduct the VAT before taking payment from you.

Recommend Retail Price (RRP)

We do not stipulate an RRP for our products.

Guarantee

 We guarantee your satisfaction. Any item you receive that is not in satisfactory condition we will replace. Damage and shortages MUST be notified within 7 days of receipt of your order. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure any product is in satisfactory condition prior to use. Any queries over the suitability or satisfactory condition of a product for its intended use must be taken up with BL Cosmetics within 7 days of delivery and BEFORE they are used.

BL Cosmetics always strives to provide the very highest quality products and where any products are alleged to be in unsatisfactory condition we will carry out a full investigation to establish the cause of the problem, we will request the product is returned to us for investigation and we will replace the product (or provide a full refund) should the alleged unsatisfactory condition be confirmed.

We regret that where a product has been used or disposed of and we are unable to carry out any investigation into the condition of the product we may be unable to replace or refund.

Refunds Policy

 All customers have the right to cancel their website order within 14 days of placing their order.

If not satisfied with any goods received, customers may return the item/s within 14 days and receive a full refund of the cost of those goods including outward shipping, provided they remain in merchantable condition and are in original packaging.

The cost of returning any goods under the above circumstances will be paid by the customer UNLESS the goods were sent in error. When a customer has completed an order on our website and has completed payment for that order it can be assumed that the order itself has not been placed in error. Any items incorrectly supplied to the customer can be considered supplied in error where they do not match the description of goods at time of purchase.

Refunds may be reduced for any diminished value in the Goods resulting from your excessive handling of them (e.g. no more than would be permitted in a shop).

Refunds will be made using the same payment method that you used when ordering the Goods.

You may return  goods to us by post or another suitable delivery service of your choice to our returns address at BL Cosmetics Ltd, Dainton Business Park, Alders Way, Yalberton Industrial Estate, Paignton Devon, TQ4 7QL.

Damages

 Damaged goods and/or shortages MUST be advised within 7 days of receipt.

Damaged goods and or shortages will be replaced free of charge or a credit issued. If replacement goods are shipped it will be at no further cost. In this instance, any return costs (if applicable) will be paid by or refunded by BL Cosmetics.
